A) Take 15 minutes to work up to a 2RM Front Squat

B) Take 15 minutes to work up to a max weight for the following:

1 Snatch Lift Off + 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch

 

CONDITIONING

“Diet DT”

Five rounds of:

12 Deadlifts (115/80)

9 Hang Power Cleans (115/80)

6 Push Jerks  (115/80)

 

Immediately after you finish your 5th and last round…400m run for time
