15 Air Squat

 

*Record total rounds and reps.  Pick up where you left off. So if you finish a 2 min set having completed 3 complete round + 5 Pull Ups, your next 2 min set starts with 10 push-ups.

 

**Goal is 3 rounds/2 min set
