DELOAD

 

A)

In teams of 3 or 4…10 Min Max DISTANCE Row.  Teammates switch every 20 Strokes.

 

Rest 5 minutes and then…

 

B)

4 rounds each for time of:

10 Dumbbell Snatches (55/35)*

Stair Run

 

*5/arm.  Alternating each rep.

**This will go relay style  Teammate A will complete one round, then Teammate B, then Teammate C, then A goes again.  Continue in this fashion until each teammate has complete 4 rounds.
