With a running clock complete:

 

0:00 – 8:00

40 Pull-Ups

400m Run

 

8:00-16:00

30 Wall Ball (20/14)

400m run

 

16:00-24:00

20 Burpees to target

400m run

 

24:00-32:00

10 Clean Thrusters (115/80)

400m run

 

32:00-40:00

5 Muscle Ups + 1 (Muscle up plus an extra dip)

400m run

 

You have 8 min to get each segment done.  If you finish in under 8 min, you have the remaining time to rest before the next 8 min segment (So if you complete 40 Pull ups and the 400m run in 6min, you now have 2 min to rest).  Get through each 8 min set as quickly as possible.
