In teams of 3 or 4 complete the following for total team time:
30 Cal Row
30 Burpees to Target
30 Hang Clean Thrusters (95/65)
30 Overhead Lunges (45/25lb plate)
This will work as follows…Teammate A will start with a 30 cal row. When A finishes the row, Teammate B will start their 30 cal row. Partner A will then start their 30 burpees. Partner B cannot start their burpees until Partner A is finished with their 30 burpees. Continue in this fashion for the rest of the workout and until all 3 (or 4) teammates have completed 1 full round of the above.
