CONDITIONING

In teams of two complete the following for time:

800m run (2 CFCJ 400m runs)

then…

5 rounds each of:

12 Deadlifts (155/105)

9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)

6 Front Squats (155/105)

then…

800m run (2 CFCJ 400m runs)

 

*800m runs are to be done as a team

**For barbell work, partners will alternate complete rounds so while one partner completes a full round of 12-9-6, the other partner is resting
