In teams of two complete the following for time and total reps:

400m run

Max Box Jumps (24/20)

400m run

Max Pull-Ups

400m run

Max Russian KB Swings (70/53)

400m run

Max Push-Ups

 

*Partner A runs whilst Partner B gets to work on the given exercise.  When Partner A returns, partners switch and pick up where the other partner left off.

 

**Score is time completed and total reps
