CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 complete the following for time:

1 mile run

90 Clean and Jerks (135/95) (95/65)

2k row

 

*Everyone runs the mile together.  When all teammates have returned from the run, you may begin the Clean and Jerks.

**As a team you will go 1 for 1 on the C+J.  Teammate A does a Clean and Jerk, then B, then C, then A again.  You’ll just chip away until you each have done 30 reps

***Everyone gets their own rower and you will all row 2k each.  Time stops when the last team member finishes their 2K.
