CONDITIONING

 

In teams of 2 complete 10 rounds each for time of:

250m Row

Front Rack Barbell Hold (155/105)

 

Partner A starts on the rower and while Partner A is rowing 250m, Partner B is holding a weighted barbell in the front rack position for however long it takes Partner A to row 250m.  When Partner A finishes the row, Partners switch roles and repeat in this fashion until both have completed 10 rounds EACH.  For every time the barbell is racked during the row, there is a 5 burpee penatly.
