Deadlift + Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

 

*25 min cap on the 5k.  If you finish sub 25, you have earned more rest (in addition to the 5 min prescribed) before the 15min complex. If you do not finish sub 25, row max distance in 25 min then rest the 5 min before beginning your complex.
