Barbell Rows x 6-8 reps**

Rest 2 min

 

*Work up to a (new) 5RM…Heavier than last month

**Build in weight.

 

CONDITIONING

15 Min AMRAP of:

250m Row

10 Dumbbell Snatches (75/55)

5 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

250m Row

10 Dumbbell Snatches (75/55)

10 Wall Ball Shots

250m Row

10 Dumbbell Snatches (75/55)

15 Wall Ball Shots

And so on for 15 min…Wall Ball Shots increase by 5 each round.  Everything else remains the same
