In teams of two, complete the following workouts for timeS…

3 full rounds each of:

Partner 1 – 250m row

Partner 2 – KB Front Rack Hold (2x53s/35s)

 

3 minutes rest then…

 

3 full rounds each of:

Partner 1 – 250m ski

Partner 2 – Overhead Barbell Hold (135/95)

 

3 minutes rest then…

 

3 full rounds each of:

Partner 1 – Stair Run

Partner 2 – Sandbag Hold (Zercher Style)

 

*RULES*

*If you drop the KBs, Barbell, or Sandbag it is a 5 burpee penatly to be completed by BOTH partners at THE END of the ENTIRE workout.

**Get through each workout as fast as possible!
