CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 complete the following for time:

1500m row (500m each)

then…

 

“Assault Bike to Hell”

50 cal – 40 cal – 30 cal – 20 cal -10 Cal

*Partner A does 50 cal then rests.  Partner B then does 50 cal and rests.  Partner C then does 50 cal and rests.  A…40…B…40…C…40 and so on.  One partner working at a time.

then…

 

“Ski to Hell”

500m – 400m – 300m – 200m – 100m

*Same format as above

then…
