CONDITIONING

“Team Linda”

In teams of three complete the following for time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlift 1.5 x BW

Bench Press BW

Cleans .75 x BW

*Set up 3 bars and storm through for time.  

**Use avg weight between all 3, or scalable weight for all.

***All 3 athletes can be working at once.  One on DL, one on Bench, One on Cleans.  When you complete the required reps, rotate stations.
