STRENGTH

A) Take 15 minutes to build up to a 4RM Front Squat (5# heavier than last week)

B) Take 12 mintues to work up to a heavy complex of the following:

Clean + Front Squat + Hang Clean + Front Squat

 

CONDITIONING

3 rounds of:

20 Hand-to-Hand Swings (53/35)

15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

10 Ball Slams (12kg/8kg)
