CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 complete the following for time:

10 rounds each of:

15 Cal Ski

15 Cal Assault Bike

15 Cal Row

*All 3 athletes can be working at once.  You will just chase.  If Athlete A starts on Ski, B starts on AAB, C starts on the row, when you have all finished your 15 cal you will move on to the next piece of equipment until you have all completed 10 full rounds each.  A will move to the AAB, B will move to the row, C will move to the ski.
