STRENGTH

A) Take 15 minutes to work up to a 2RM Front Squat @ RPE 9

B) Every Minute On the Minute for 12 minutes complete:

1 Clean and Jerk @ 70%

 

CONDITIONING

16 x 20 sec on/10 sec off on the Rower @ >100m/20sec pace

*Tabata Row.  20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Your goal is GREATER THAN 100m per 20 sec of work.
