A)3 sets of 6 reps: (1-2 minutes rest between sets)
@ 75% of 1rm
Super set with 20 reverse lunges(10per)
B) 3 sets:(1-2 minutes rest between sets)
7 front squats as heavy as possible
12 Bulgarian lunges (12 per leg)
