BARS + BELLS
Thoughtful approach to getting stronger using barbells and kettlebells. This class follows a strength program through progression of different lifts to improve physical strength and movement patterns.
This class will challenge your strength, power, agility, flexibility, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance and coordination. This class will combine running, the assault bike, ski erg and the rower and the four major lifts military press, squats, deadlifts, bench press.
Bootcamp class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 60 min class period.
