Strength

STRENGTH

This class will focus primarily on the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. You will learn technique, accessory lifts and all things related to these main four lifts. The main goal of this class is not only to get you as strong as possible, but also to you get you moving properly.

Varied lengths of intense conditioning utilizing the concept 2 rower, ski erg, or Assault Bike combined with explosive calisthenics and strength training (60 min)

BARS + BELLS

Thoughtful approach to getting stronger using barbells and kettlebells. Class consists of two parts: Strength and a MetCon. The MetCon portion follows the CrossFit philosophy of broad, varied, and intensive training (60 min)

This class will activate every muscle of your body through our specialty sequence of routines that are focused on core strength, stability and endurance (60 min)

Bootcamp

BOOT CAMP

Strength, agility, explosiveness, high-intensity circuits, cardio and strength drills and plyometric movements are all incorporated in these dynamic 60-min classes (60 min)

Mobility

MOBILITY

The mobility class is designed to help you improve mechanics and to provide you with the tools to perform basic maintenance on yourself to become a better athlete. This class is meant to help you to recover from intense workouts, achieve better positioning and manage soreness all through foam rolling, trigger point, and stretch band work. This class is about stretching with intention (60 min)

Class starts with 20 minutes of Mobility followed by Strength routine and finished by intense conditioning and explosive calisthenics. Class lasts for 90 minutes. Can you?

BRO SESH (UPPER BODY)

Heavy weights.  Heavy music. No cardio. Expect to do things you have never done before regarding performance, technique and intensity. These sessions are memorable for new PRs and some good laughs, but the bond of the bros and broettes you shared it with (90 min)

This class focuses on strengthening, toning, and fixing muscular imbalances in the lower body. If you love to Squat, you’ll love all 90mins of this class! (90 min)
