Our CrossFit Workout Of the Day.
Metcon programming follows the CrossFit philosophy of broad, varied, and intensive training.
Different daily workouts combining Strength and Conditioning.
SPS

SPS

Strength. Power. Speed

Varied lengths of intense conditioning utilising the concept 2 rower, ski erg, or Assault Bike followed by explosive calisthenics and strength training. Class lasts for 60 minutes. Can you?
Bars + Bells

BARS + BELLS

Thoughtful approach to getting stronger using barbells and kettlebells.  This class follows a strength program through progression of different lifts to improve physical strength and movement patterns.

Concrete Challenge

CONCRETE CHALLENGE

This class will challenge your strength, power, agility, flexibility, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance and coordination. This class will combine running, the assault bike, ski erg and the rower and the four major lifts military press, squats, deadlifts, bench press.

Bootcamp

 BOOT CAMP

Bootcamp class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 60 min class period.

Strength

 STRENGTH

This class will focus primarily on the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. We will also cover technique, programming options, accessory lifts and all things related to the main four lifts. The main goal of this class is not only to get you as strong as possible, but to you get you moving properly as well.
Beginners will focus on proper positions and perfecting the movements before adding weight and speed. Intermediate to advanced lifters will focus on weight and refinement of technique as well as muscle and C.N.S. conditioning.
